Broker Partner Program

Buy a Biz/Sell a Biz is different from other listings sites because we only list Businesses for Sale. We do not list Commercial Property. Land or Leases. We also do not list for Sale By Owner Businesses and we don't publish By Owner Ads. We encourage owners to list with the Biz Broker who works in their geographical area.

Business Brokers, Agents and other State Licensed Professional Business Intermediaries who become Broker Partners are provided with a comprehensive suite of collaboration tools to help obtain listings, reach prospective buyers and effectuate sales.

Broker Partners are listed in the Network of Business – "Directory of Business and Search Engine." N of B Company Members receive a Web Page where viewers can access their listings, the firm's profile and description, ads and their firm's business website.

Prospective Buyers can search Biz listings by business location, type of business, etc., and receive instant response. Buy a Biz/Sell a Biz sends emails and other electronic message inquiries directly to the Broker Partner's inbox. Brokers Partner's also receive calls on their video/audio/text communication system.

Broker Partner's can use our "Live Video Connector" which enables buyers to video connect to them with just a simple click on the Connector Icon. The Live Video Connector can be placed on the Broker Partner's Listing and Webpage, our Network Business Directory and Search Engine, the Firm's website and in Ads, such as our LiveNetAds.com.

Prospective Buyers can post "Business Wanted" messages and can have new listings emailed to them immediately upon placement into our Listing Service. These messages are sent directly to our Broker Partner's.

Listings entered by Broker Partner's can contain up to four pictures and/or a video of the business listing. While taking a listing, you can video a business using an enabled mobile internet video camera and it will instantly appear on your Buy a Biz/Sell a Biz Webpage. Buyers can be alerted to see new listings and this encourages them to follow your website and your profile webpage.
